Very nice overall. The location of the hotel is charming and the views are stunning. There are many beautiful seating areas. But there were some hotel staff who did not give proper service. Also charge 150 shekels from Sabbath-keeping guests to vacate a room in an unsuitable outhouse. We paid a respectable amount enough to apply for a new one at Motzash at no extra charge

Very nice hotel with excellent service but you can not miss the pool that it just ruins the whole holiday experience just a pity

Need to wake up to roommates who will work more quietly at seven in the morning already talking loudly and dragging loud carts in the hallways

האוכל ווהיחד והשירות מצויינים. חסרה בריכה במקום. המזגנים פועלים מצויין אבל מאד רועשים. בסהכ החוויה טובה מאד

מלון מיוחד מאד נהיננו בעיני מלון מומלץ ביותר. הייתי שמחה לכשרות מהדרין בבשרי כדי שנוכל לבוא גם לשבת.

קיבלנו שדרוג לחדר ללא עלות וכך גם בני משפחה שהגיעו למחרת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה וכך גם החדרים. מגלשת המים שבתוך המלון ומועדון הילדים גרמו להנאה רבה.

ממש לא נהנו שסוגרים לילדים את המגלשות בריכה שהם הבריכה היחידה בתוך המלון ב16:00 בשבת וב 17:00 בשישי זה ממש לא הנאה ,באף בית מלון לא נתקלנו שסוגרים בריכה בשבת ב16:00

בסהכ נחמד מאוד. צוות מאוד נכון לעזור. תמורה טובה למחיר. הצעה לשיפור : צביעת הקירות מחוץ לחדרים בצבע יותר אופטימי והחלפת השטיח במדרגות שידע ימים טובים יותר.

Prices for Passover beyond. Hotel 10 families with small children. Passover food was rich and varied. Staff were excellent and tried to fix all the problems in the room we encountered unexpected

Hotel with good rooms, good food, helpful staff and helpful and many activities for children rope Poolside local country club does not serve the Guests and assigns only one-sixth the size in the public interest. The pool is designed for multi-subscriber "shiinim" so they have three tracks of 4, the fourth runway is open to the public but it does not help when half of it over a depth of 2 meters

I Break Everything excellent apart from taking extra cost for Shabbat observers remain until after Hsbt.anhno Jews who live here in our country. I would expect it to be clear. This is unfortunate and offensive. It is subjected lowers credit to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food varied, delicious and plentiful. Courteous staff, especially in the dining room. We certainly We shall return to it.

The hotel was unbearably noisy. And not for a romantic holiday. Reception sat someone named Dahlia seemed to do a good service provider. The food was great and the chef was kind. The rooms are not maintained adequately starting from the shower to the beds joined together. My conclusion: this hotel for groups and families.

Hotel accommodation was good singing in the dining room was noisy and lasted longer true that Shabbat Chatan and Co`` but two song lobby and it is also making noise and playing children on Friday but basically enjoyed thanks
